Digital products
Nethric sells digital products that are delivered electronically upon purchase. Because of the nature of digital delivery, change-of-mind refunds are generally not available once a product has been accessed or downloaded.
We take care to accurately describe all products before purchase. Please review the product description carefully before buying.
When refunds are provided
We will provide a refund in the following circumstances:
- Faulty product — the product does not work as described, contains errors that make it unusable, or is technically defective.
- Non-delivery — you did not receive access to the product after a successful payment.
- Not as described — the product is materially different from its description or preview on the site.
How to request a refund
To request a refund, email team@nethric.ai within 14 days of the purchase date with:
- Your order confirmation details (order ID or email address used to purchase).
- A clear description of the issue you encountered.
We will review your request and respond within 3 business days.
Processing time
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days and returned to your original payment method via Stripe. Processing time may vary depending on your card issuer or bank.
Statutory consumer rights
Nothing in this policy limits or excludes your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable law. If you are in Australia, your rights under the Australian Consumer Law apply and are not affected by this policy. If you are in the European Union, your rights under applicable EU consumer protection directives apply. Statutory guarantees and rights cannot be excluded.
