What we collect

We collect the following personal data when you interact with Nethric:

• Email address — when you join our waitlist or place an order.
• A salted hash of your IP address — for abuse prevention only. Your raw IP address is never stored; only a one-way hash is retained.
• Order records — the product purchased, amount paid, and date of purchase.

We do not collect payment card data. All payments are processed by Stripe, who handle card data directly under their own security standards. We never see or store your card number, CVC, or expiry date.

Why we collect it and legal basis

• Email (waitlist / marketing) — collected on the basis of your consent. You can withdraw consent and unsubscribe at any time by emailing team@nethric.ai.
• Email and order records (purchases) — necessary to perform the contract of delivering your digital product and providing purchase support.
• Hashed IP address (security) — collected on the basis of our legitimate interest in preventing abuse, spam, and fraudulent access.

Third parties

We share data only with the following third-party service providers, and only to the extent necessary to operate our service:

• Stripe — payment processing. Stripe handles all card data directly under PCI DSS standards. We receive only a payment confirmation and order metadata. See the Stripe Privacy Policy.
• Cloudflare — website hosting, CDN, and WAF. Cloudflare may log request metadata as part of its service. See the Cloudflare Privacy Policy.
• Railway — backend API hosting. Our server-side application runs on Railway infrastructure.
• Google Analytics 4 and advertising pixels (Meta / Google Ads) — only loaded after you grant cookie consent via the banner on this site. These services may set cookies and collect usage data for analytics and ad performance measurement. You can withdraw consent at any time by clearing your browser’s local storage for nethric.ai.

Cookies and analytics

We use a cookie consent system. Analytics and advertising scripts are not loaded until you explicitly click “Accept” in the cookie banner. If you click “Decline”, no tracking scripts are loaded. You can change your preference at any time by clearing local storage for this site.

Data retention

• Email addresses — kept until you unsubscribe or request deletion.
• Order records — retained for 7 years to meet tax and legal obligations.
• Hashed IP addresses — discarded after 90 days.

Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data. This includes rights under the GDPR, UK GDPR, and other applicable privacy laws. To exercise any of these rights, email team@nethric.ai. We will respond within 30 days.

Security

Your data is stored in a private, access-controlled database. We do not store raw IP addresses — only salted hashes. No card data is stored by us at any point. All traffic is served over HTTPS.

International users

If you are located in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or another jurisdiction with data protection laws, your rights under those laws are honoured. We do not sell personal data.
